There are two types of membership in the Southern New Mexico Society for Human Resource Management (SNMSHRM):
Professional Members are National SHRM members who may vote and hold office in the Chapter, provided they are in good standing with the SHRM and SNMSHRM.
Subscriber Members are individuals who are not National SHRM members and demonstrate a bona fide interest inhuman resource management and the mission of the Chapter.
Subscriber members may not vote and may not hold office in the Chapter, and are not required to maintain full membership with National SHRM.
